Okay let me guess you’ve been looking everywhere and asking everyone whose body looks half decent the most important question in the world which is how to get a six pack fast, and not single soul has given you a straight up step by step answer… Am I right?

I’m telling you this is no hype as clearly I’m not trying to sell you anything. There REALLY ARE 4 secrets to getting a nice six pack in just a couple of WEEKS!

It’s simple… the giant pharmaceutical corporations that make BILLIONS of dollars every year on a bunch of fat, and unhappy people would do anything to keep them that way and bury voices like mine under piles and piles of misleading information. Of course thanks to the power of the internet it wont stay that way for ever.
Anyways once I discovered these 4 secrets, it took me 6 weeks exactly to see my six pack out (for the first time in my life). I lose 34 pounds of pure fat in just a bit over a month.

Number 1 : While almost every mainstream “experts” told their followers to stop eating two beautiful nutrients, carbs and fats, so maybe they’d end up losing a pound a week, I was losing 5 to 6 pounds of pure fat per week while eating chicken wings, fried eggs, steak, and baked potatoes almost every day.
The truth is there’s nothing wrong with eating carbs OR fats. In fact your body NEEDS carbs to convert into energy so you can spend that energy on exercising and ultimately burn a lot more body fat. Your body also NEEDS fats to produce a sustainable amount of testosterone so you can keep your muscles mass while losing your belly fat.
Remember you’re way more likely to lose your muscles when you’re trying to lose weight and get shredded. That’s just the way our bodies work. So if you don’t eat any fat, it’s gonna be impossible to keep your muscles.
So what’s the catch here? Here’s the catch: you should avoid consuming carbs and fats at the same time! Because when consumed together carbs and fats form an “unholy marriage” that causes your body to convert anything it can get it’s hands on into body fat and it will most likely show up on your stomach in a few days.
How to Get a Six Pack Fast While Eating Carbohydrates AND Fats?
Let’s first see how it works:
When fat is ingested, a big portion of it is released into your blood stream, which is common sense right? But that doesn’t mean it’s gonna get stored as BODY FAT yet!
Then we have carbohydrate that almost immediately upon digestion releases lots of sugar into your blood stream. That’s when your body promptly reacts to this sudden spike in blood sugar and commands the pancreas to produce tons of insulin (AKA the storage hormone) in order to remove the excess blood sugar (and anything else that’s just chilling there) from the blood.
Okay in case you missed it let me re-phrase that. As mentioned above insulin acts as a storage agent that collects and stores all the excess nutrients present in the blood INCLUDING fat.
So when you eat carbs and fat together, carbs will cause a rapid spike in sugar and ultimately insulin production which will result in storing all the fat available in the bloodstream.
In other words if you wanna make sure to store every gram of fat you consume, eat them at the same time as carbs.
Now I’m not suggesting that the only way fat will get stored is when combined with insulin, however a huge release of insulin into the bloodstream, PAVES the way for fat to get stored incredibly easy.
Of course it’s not logical to expect anyone to completely avoid this “unholy marriage”…I mean come on… cookies, french fries, donuts, pizza…mmmm PIZZA (Homer Simpson impression) but at least try to stay away from it at least 80% of the times.
Think of it this way: The more you avoid eating carbs and fats together the more fat you’ll burn…so if you don’t absolutely have to cheat, then DON’T! that’s of course if you REALLY wanna know how to get a six pack fast.
